The share capital is held entirely by the German company Rheinbraun Brennstoff GmbH, which in turn belongs to the RWE AG group in Cologne, at the forefront of European energy production.

1931 - COMPANY FOUNDATION
The German group Stinnes AG founds Agenzia Carboni Srl in Genoa for the import and marketing of fossil fuels
1956 - START OF COOPERATION WITH RHEINBRAUN
Import of briquettes for house-heating
1970 - RHEINBRAUN JOINS THE COMPANY
Rheinbraun takes over 50%
1983 - REPRESENTATION ACTIVITY
Agenzia Carboni starts to operate as agent of steam coal, coking coal, coke and pet coke suppliers
1996 - RHEINBRAUN SOLE SHAREHOLDERS
Rheinbraun acquires the entire company
2013 - MARKETING FOR RHEINBRAUN
Agenzia Carboni gets the marketing rights of Rheinbraun’s lignite special products in Italy
